Monthly savings contributions once paid are generally non-refundable, except:
Duplicate payment
Excess payment
Technical transaction error
Such cases must be reported within 7 days.
If a member requests cancellation:
Refund eligibility will depend on the specific savings plan terms.
Deductions, penalties, or administrative charges may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after verification.
On completion of plan tenure, payout shall be processed as per agreed plan terms and subject to compliance verification.
Payment gateway convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be processed for:
Unauthorized use due to member negligence
Fraudulent claims
Violation of Company policies
