TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Requirement

Savings plans are available strictly to registered members of BHOLANATH NIDHI LTD.

No plan shall be assigned to non-members.

Membership approval is mandatory before participation.

2. Nature of Savings Plan

Savings plans are internal member contribution schemes.

Plan amount, tenure, and monthly contribution will be communicated to the member.

Contributions are governed under Nidhi Rules, 2014.

The Company does not accept deposits from the general public.

3. Monthly Contribution & Invoice

Members will receive a monthly invoice.

Payment must be made before the due date via:

Authorized Payment Gateway

Official Payment Link

Failure to pay may result in penalties or plan termination.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party gateways.

The Company does not store card or banking details.

Transaction failures due to bank or gateway issues are beyond Company liability.

5. Default & Termination

The Company may:

Suspend plan benefits for non-payment

Terminate membership in case of fraud or false information

Recover dues as per applicable laws

6. Regulatory Compliance

BHOLANATH NIDHI LTD. operates under the Companies Act, 2013 and Nidhi Rules, 2014.

The Company does not conduct chit fund, collective investment scheme, or public deposit schemes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

Delays due to force majeure

Gateway downtime

Incorrect details provided by members

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in [Jaipur, Rajasthan].
